Since the beginning of 2020, AegisWard® has dynamically managed its business continuity plan and made strong investments in technological infrastructure in order to increase the digitalization of the company to reduce costs and increase our productivity and operational resilience.
As of October 2022, all AegisWard® global operations have evolved their work model to a hybrid and flexible work scheme with a distribution of 90% remote work and 10% hours from offices. This model will continue during 2024.
The new model applies to most of our collaborators, regardless of their geographical location. The board of directors and executive committee of AegisWard® are convinced that the work models of the future must be hybrid, flexible and driven by technology that guarantee productivity and personal well-being while gradually evolving to a modern work culture.
Under our hybrid model in which collaborators combine remote work with in-person work, our work spaces have been reconfigured to maximize efficiencies and optimize resources.
AegisWard® operates in three geographic regions with headquarters in the Americas region.
Client solutions are managed from offices in the US, Mexico & Europe. Our global presence ensures an integrated approach to end-to-end solution management, resource optimization and extensive technical oversight.
AegisWard® Regional Operation
The EMEA region includes all of our operations and services for clients within the European and African continent.
We maintain a presence in the region through representative offices and/or business partners.
